About Danielle 

I first learned about the Ayurvedic philosophies that are the foundation of Indian cuisine while working my way through cookbooks. While trying my hand at making Indian food from scratch, I found that the source of it all was much much deeper than what was provided in these cookbooks.
This inspired me to complete my certification in Ayurvedic Health & Lifestyle Counseling. Ayurveda spoke to a deep and long held desire to feel connected; to the earth,  to my true self, and to my community. In Āyurveda, we believe that we, as humans, are a microcosm of the macrocosm, the universe, and so balance is best achieved through understanding that this relationship, internal and external, is one. 
 
It is such an honor to be able to share the knowledge that I have received on this journey with the people around me. To be able to contribute to the greater good of the world by helping others establish a long lasting relationship with wellness as they discover their true potential through building a connection with universe, inside and out.
